These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you and RIDE88, LLC ("RIDE88", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, www.RIDE88.com (the "Site"), and any purchases of products made through the Site.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. USE OF THE SITE

RIDE88 designs and sells truck bed bike racks and related accessories. Our Site provides information about our products, as well as an online store where you can purchase them.

1.1. Account Creation

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any purchases made under it. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

2. ORDERS, PRICING, & PAYMENTS​

​2.1. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

2.2. Payment Processing

​All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider. Your use of a payment method is subject to that provider's terms and conditions.

2.3. Sales Tax

​We collect applicable sales tax as required by law.

​

3. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days, or as promptly as we can. Shipping times may vary. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the item's purchase price, minus shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be in new condition with original packaging.

• Customers must contact RIDE88 via email (info@ride88.com) or other methods listed on the contact page (https://www.ride88.com/contact-8).

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• If an item is returned with damage due to improper packaging, a reduction in the refund amount will be applied based on the extent of depreciation caused.

​5. Limited Warranty

5.1. Warranty Coverage

RIDE88 provides a one (1) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

5.2. What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage due to misuse, modifications, or improper installation.

• Accidental damage, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorized repairs.

5.3. Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, email info@ride88.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• ​Repair the defective product or component.

• Replace it with an equivalent product or component.

• Issue a partial refund based on the depreciation.

Limitation of Liability: RIDE88's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

6. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant RIDE88 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that we find inappropriate or misleading.

7. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

​When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Use our products for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• Interfere with Site security or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

​8. Limitation of Liability

RIDE88 provides this Site and its products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law, RIDE88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our Site or products.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1. Arbitration Agreement

By using this Site, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for small claims cases.

9.2. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

​We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
