These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you and RIDE88, LLC ("RIDE88", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, www.RIDE88.com (the "Site"), and any purchases of products made through the Site.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. USE OF THE SITE

RIDE88 designs and sells truck bed bike racks and related accessories. Our Site provides information about our products, as well as an online store where you can purchase them.

1.1. Account Creation

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any purchases made under it. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

2. ORDERS, PRICING, & PAYMENTS​

​2.1. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

2.2. Payment Processing

​All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider. Your use of a payment method is subject to that provider's terms and conditions.

2.3. Sales Tax

​We collect applicable sales tax as required by law.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days, or as promptly as we can. Shipping times may vary. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from RIDE88.com, you may return it within 30 days. Return directions and processing fees are outlined below.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies— please contact the dealer directly for more information. All returns must be related to a RIDE88.com order. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of RIDE88.com.

Return Policy Details

• Returns for any product purchased from RIDE88.com must be made within 30 days of when the product was delivered.

• The item must be returned in new condition with original packaging.

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund once the product is received and inspected.

• Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• If an item is returned with damage due to improper packaging, a reduction in the refund amount will be applied based on the extent of depreciation caused. ​

​5. Limited Warranty

At RIDE88, we are committed to providing high-quality products that you can rely on. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to have confidence in your purchase. If you experience a defect in the materials or workmanship-, we will work with you to find the best solution. Please read this limited warranty carefully to understand what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to request service if needed.

The warranty obligations of RIDE88, LLC for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:

5.1 What is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product.
 

5.2 What is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration,
modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by RIDE88 to make such repairs, or any other cause that does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
 

5.3 How Long This Coverage Lasts

The standard limited warranty for RIDE88 products is one (1) year from the original shipping date.
 

5.4 Who is Covered

Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not
transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
 

5.5 What RIDE88, LLC Will Do

RIDE88, LLC will decide, at its discretion, which of the following three remedies to provide in order to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty:

1. Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labor to complete the repair and restore this product to its proper operating condition. RIDE88, LLC will also pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete.

2. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by RIDE88, LLC to perform substantially the same function as the original product.

3. Issue a refund of the original purchase price less depreciation to be determined based on the age of the product at the time remedy is sought under this limited warranty.
 

5.6 What RIDE88, LLC Will Not Do Under This Limited Warranty

If this product is returned, RIDE88, LLC will not be responsible for any costs related to the removal or re-installation of this product from or into any installation. RIDE88, LLC will not be responsible for any costs related to setting up this product.
 

5.7 How to Obtain a Remedy Under This Limited Warranty

To obtain a remedy under this limited warranty, you must contact RIDE88, LLC at info@ride88.com or any of the contact methods listed on RIDE88.com. In order to pursue any remedy under this limited warranty, you must possess an original, dated receipt as proof of purchase. This product should be properly packed in the original packaging for shipping.
 

5.8 Limitation of Liability

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF RIDE88, LLC UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDE88, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
 

5.9 Exclusive Remedy

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDE88, LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF RIDE88, LLC CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES COVERING THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT AS PROVIDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. IF ANY PRODUCT TO WHICH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES IS A “CONSUMER PRODUCT” UNDER THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT (15 U.S.C.A. §2301, ET SEQ.) OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR THE PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY AS PROVIDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
 

5.10 Other Conditions

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from country to
country or state to state.

6. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant RIDE88 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that we find inappropriate or misleading.

7. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

​When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Use our products for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• Interfere with Site security or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

RIDE88 provides this Site and its products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law, RIDE88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our Site or products.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1. Arbitration Agreement

By using this Site, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for small claims cases.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
