Handle Lock Kit adds locking capabilty to the QR3 rack handle. It is reversible for left or right facing handles. Parts include an 1/8" precision cut matal plate and linkage arm which can be locked together. This eliminates the ability to rotate the handle open. The kit works with any common lock using a maximum 5/16" diameter shackle. Locks are not included.
